The Blue Lagoon accomodates approximately 50 persons in a comfortable atmosphere. Most rooms are self contained with one separate fully equipped kitchen for anyone wishing to do major cooking. Laundry service is available on request, there is easy access to local bus service and a nearby mini mart. The nearby town of Gros Islet is famous throughout the island for its restaurants, crafts and lively nightlife. At the street side stalls you may shop for souvenirs, handicraft and a variety of creole cuisine. This activity is especially exiting on Friday nights. A short walk further wil take you to the Pigeon Island National Park, with its legends of Bluebeard and Fortress, a reminder of Napoleonic wars during the 19th Century. |
